Unstitched fabric
Unused meterage in original packing can be discussed within 48 hours of delivery if the colour, Lea or width is clearly different from the listing.
Cut fabric, washed fabric, or fabric with stains or folds from use cannot be returned.
Stitched garments
Choose size carefully (XS–XXL). Worn, washed or altered shirts and kurtas cannot be returned.
Wrong size sent by us, or a clear stitching fault, should be reported with photos and the order number on WhatsApp.
